Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and other online platforms.

• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and friendly tone.

• Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.

• Identify recurring issues and collaborate with management to improve processes.

• Upsell or recommend products and services when appropriate, based on customer needs.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, services, and promotions.

• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
