Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone calls, social media, and other channels to generate new leads.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team, ensuring smooth handover and accurate information.
Maintain and update the CRM with lead information, activity notes, and sales pipeline status.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve product knowledge, sales skills, and industry understanding.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and meeting targets.
Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer engagement (training provided).
