Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Lead Generation Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and generating high-quality leads to support our sales and marketing efforts. Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients and target markets.
Generate and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads using various online platforms and tools.
Collect and organize data on prospects, including contact information, business profiles, and decision-maker details.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
Utilize CRM systems to input and track lead information accurately.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for lead acquisition.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain records of all lead generation activities.
Provide insights and reports on lead generation performance and market research findings.
Proven experience in lead generation, data research, or a similar online sales support role.
Strong proficiency in online research tools, databases, and social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Basic understanding of CRM software and lead tracking systems.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
1–2 years of experience in online lead generation, digital marketing support, or sales research is preferred.
Familiarity with B2B and B2C lead generation strategies is a plus.
Flexible work-from-home schedule.
Availability to coordinate with the team during standard business hours is preferred.
