HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Assistance Specialist to support our online operations during the night shift. This fully remote role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital commerce, customer service, and operational accuracy. Monitor e-commerce platforms to ensure seamless functionality and timely updates.
Respond to customer inquiries, support tickets, and order-related questions during night hours.
Process orders, validate customer information, and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Update product listings, prices, availability, and other inventory details as required.
Identify and resolve minor technical issues or escalate concerns to the technical team.
Track and document operational activities, performance metrics, and daily tasks.
Assist in executing promotional campaigns, pricing changes, and catalog enhancements.
Conduct regular quality checks on listings, product descriptions, and customer reviews.
Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic understanding of e-commerce operations, order management, or online marketplaces.
