Job Summary

Walmart is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive – Digital Sales Support to help strengthen our online business operations and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. In this role, you will support day-to-day digital commerce activities, ensuring smooth product listing, order processing, sales optimization, and customer support within Walmarts fast-growing e-commerce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update online product listings, descriptions, pricing, and digital catalog accuracy across Walmarts e-commerce platforms.

  • Monitor daily sales performance, product visibility, and category trends to optimize digital sales.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, supply chain, marketing, and customer operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.

  • Identify gaps in product data, availability, or imagery and work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

  • Analyze customer feedback, returns, and online ratings to recommend improvements for product experience.

  • Assist in executing promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and seasonal updates.

  • Track inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse teams to avoid stock-outs and delays.

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on KPIs such as conversion rates, impressions, sales trends, and competitor pricing.

  • Ensure customer queries related to online orders are handled promptly with accurate information.

  • Support overall digital growth initiatives and contribute to improving online operational workflows.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of online retail platforms, digital merchandising, and product lifecycle management.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

  • High proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis techniques.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy in execution.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

  • Basic knowledge of SEO for product listings and digital customer behavior.


Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, online merchandising, digital sales support, or a similar role.

  • Experience working with large retail brands or online marketplaces is an advantage.

  • Fresh graduates with strong digital aptitude may also be considered.


Working Hours

  • Full-time role with standard business hours (Monday to Friday).
