We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. Assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok).
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers to foster a positive online community.
Support the development and execution of social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices in the DACH region.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social content with brand messaging and business objectives.
Assist with content scheduling, copywriting, and basic graphic design as needed.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
Creative mindset with an eye for visual content and storytelling.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation preferred.
Internship or freelance experience in social media management is considered valuable.
