Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Marketplace Support Associate to join our dynamic e-commerce support team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to sellers and customers on Amazon and Shopify marketplaces.

  • Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing systems while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

  • Troubleshoot account, listing, payment, and fulfillment issues, escalating complex cases as needed.

  • Monitor marketplace performance metrics and assist sellers in improving their account health.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational challenges.

  • Document support interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

  • Stay updated with marketplace policies, procedures, and platform updates.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in German (native/fluent) and English (professional working level).

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify Admin dashboards.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Working Hours
