AirConnect Nigeria is seeking highly motivated and professional Cabin Crew members for our domestic short routes. The ideal candidates will ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers while delivering exceptional in-flight service. This role requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and maintain AirConnect Nigerias high standards of hospitality, safety, and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities


  • Ensure the safety and security of passengers by adhering to all airline and aviation regulations.
  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including welcoming passengers, assisting with seating, and addressing passenger needs.
  • Demonstrate safety procedures and manage in-flight emergencies calmly and efficiently.
  • Serve meals, beverages, and other in-flight services according to company standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional cabin environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with pilots and ground staff to ensure smooth flight operations.
  • Respond promptly to passenger inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in regular training programs to maintain proficiency in safety, first aid, and customer service.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Aviation is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies professionally.
  • Physically fit and able to meet the airlines health and safety requirements.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends, holidays, and night flights.
  • Professional appearance and grooming consistent with airline standards.


Experience


  • Previous experience in cabin crew, customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in aviation or airline operations is an added advantage.


Working Hours

  • Full-time, rotational shifts based on flight schedules.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Duty hours may include standby periods for short-notice flights.

  • Knowledge of in-flight safety procedures and emergency protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced situations.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and passengers.

  • Awareness of airline regulations, aviation safety standards, and customer service best practices
