United Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support residents in long-term care facilities. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about patient-centered care and committed to improving the quality of life for elderly and chronically ill patients. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in assisting residents with daily living activities while working collaboratively with nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
Support residents with feeding and hydration according to care plans
Observe and report changes in residents physical or emotional condition to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Assist with transferring and repositioning residents to ensure comfort and prevent injury
Follow infection control, safety, and privacy policies at all times
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
Collaborate effectively with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare team members
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans
Basic computer and documentation skills
Physical ability to perform job-related tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
Previous experience in a long-term care facility, nursing home, or assisted living environment is preferred
Newly certified CNAs with strong clinical training and a commitment to learning are encouraged to apply
Full-time and part-time positions available
Flexible scheduling, including day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts

Knowledge of basic nursing principles and resident care standards
Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to resident needs
