United Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing homes on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to residents who require long-term or post-acute support. As a CNA, you will work closely with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure residents comfort, safety, dignity, and overall well-being while upholding the highest standards of clinical care and professionalism.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and report any changes in residents conditions to nursing staff
Support residents during meals and assist with feeding when required
Reposition and transfer residents safely using appropriate techniques and equipment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting dignity and respect
Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies at all times
Collaborate effectively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare team members
Accurately document care provided in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow care plans and clinical instructions accurately
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods
Prior experience as a CNA in a skilled nursing home, long-term care facility, or healthcare setting preferred
New graduates with valid CNA certification are encouraged to apply
