United Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support patient care during day shifts. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration
Support patients with mobility, including transfers, ambulation, and positioning
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families
Assist nursing staff with routine clinical tasks and patient care procedures
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment
Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality protocols at all times
Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification (preferred or required by location)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with healthcare teams
Physical ability to perform patient care duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods
Previous experience as a CNA in a hospital, long-term care facility, clinic, or home healthcare setting is preferred
