United Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our hospital-based care teams. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
Support patients during transfers, ambulation, and use of mobility aids
Maintain patient comfort, safety, and dignity at all times
Assist nursing staff with clinical tasks as delegated and within CNA scope of practice
Observe and promptly report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
Ensure infection control standards and hospital safety protocols are followed
Provide emotional support to patients and families in a professional and compassionate manner
Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented hospital environment
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Physical ability to assist with patient movement and extended periods of standing
Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Previous experience as a CNA in a hospital, acute care, or clinical setting preferred
New graduates or entry-level CNAs with clinical training are encouraged to apply
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems is an advantage
Flexible scheduling options including day, evening, night, and rotating shifts
Weekends, holidays, and overtime may be required based on hospital needs
