United Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Travel Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support patient care across various healthcare facilities nationwide. Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and licensed practical nurses
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs, patient conditions, and report changes to the healthcare team
Support patient comfort, safety, and emotional well-being at all times
Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and positioning
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment
Follow infection control procedures, safety standards, and facility policies
Accurately document care provided in patient records
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams across assignments
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
Ability to meet state-specific licensing or reciprocity requirements for travel assignments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods
Flexibility and adaptability to work in diverse healthcare settings
Basic knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of recent CNA experience preferred
Experience in hospitals, long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation facilities is an advantage
Previous travel healthcare experience is a plus but not required
Flexible scheduling based on assignment needs
Full-time and contract-based travel assignments available
Shifts may include day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday rotations
Knowledge of basic nursing care principles and patient safety standards
Ability to follow care plans and clinical instructions accurately
Strong observational skills to identify changes in patient condition
Ability to work independently while adapting quickly to new environments

Time management skills and attention to detail
