Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage live marketplace operations, ensuring smooth order flow and timely issue resolution.

• Provide real-time support to Dashers and merchants, addressing operational challenges as they arise.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.

• Analyze operational metrics and provide insights to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Document and report trends in marketplace operations to identify areas for process improvement.

• Support the onboarding of new Dashers and merchants by providing guidance and operational assistance.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with partners and stakeholders.
