Job Summary

As a Virtual Representative for Marketplace Quality & Compliance at DoorDash, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, safety, and quality of the DoorDash marketplace. You will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and addressing compliance and quality-related concerns for our platform, ensuring that our customers, Dashers, and merchants enjoy a safe, seamless, and reliable experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate merchant and Dasher activity to ensure compliance with DoorDash policies and standards.

  • Monitor marketplace quality metrics, identifying trends and potential issues to maintain platform integrity.

  • Investigate and resolve compliance-related cases, including reporting violations and recommending corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support process improvements and drive operational efficiency.

  • Communicate effectively with merchants, Dashers, and internal stakeholders regarding compliance requirements and policy updates.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of investigations, cases, and resolution outcomes.

  • Support ad hoc projects related to marketplace quality and compliance initiatives.
