Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor real-time metrics for delivery operations, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities to optimize service levels.

  • Manage and adjust workforce schedules dynamically to meet customer demand and operational targets.

  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Support, and Marketplace teams to address operational challenges in real time.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve efficiency, reduce delays, and enhance overall service quality.

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including delivery time, order fulfillment rates, and agent productivity.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of strategies for scaling operations during peak periods.

  • Respond quickly to unplanned disruptions, staffing shortages, or system issues, ensuring minimal impact on service levels.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Proficiency with workforce management software, Excel, Google Sheets, and other data visualization tools.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

  • Prior experience in logistics, delivery operations, or real-time monitoring is preferred.


Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in workforce management, operations analysis, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in a remote or distributed work environment is a plus.

  • Previous experience in the gig economy, logistics, or technology-driven operations is advantageous.


Working Hours
