Job Summary

DoorDash is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) team. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with our third-party vendors and partners. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure DoorDash maintains strong risk controls, compliance, and operational integrity while scaling our business globally. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while being part of a dynamic and collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments of third-party vendors, including financial, operational, compliance, cybersecurity, and reputational risks.

  • Monitor and track third-party risk metrics, ensuring timely mitigation of identified risks.

  • Develop and maintain standardized processes for vendor risk assessment, documentation, and reporting.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and Information Security to ensure third-party risk policies are followed.

  • Identify trends in third-party risks and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

  • Manage remediation efforts for third-party risk findings and ensure accountability across stakeholders.

  • Maintain updated knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices for third-party risk management.

  • Support vendor contract reviews and contribute to the development of risk-related contractual language.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of third-party risk management frameworks and practices.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make risk-based recommendations.

  • Experience in assessing operational, financial, cybersecurity, and compliance risks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) platforms is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in risk management, vendor management, compliance, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in a technology or logistics company is highly desirable.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.


Working Hours

  • Full-time remote position.

  • Standard business hours with flexibility to accommodate team collaboration across different time zones.
