Serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise Triage Centralized Services, managing communications between healthcare providers, patients, and internal teams.
Coordinate and track triage tasks, ensuring all requests are documented, prioritized, and completed within established timelines.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, referrals, and escalations using Walgreens systems and tools.
Support cross-functional teams in implementing operational improvements, streamlining workflows, and enhancing service delivery.
Assist with training and onboarding of new team members, providing guidance on workflows and protocols.
Monitor metrics and performance indicators to ensure team compliance with service standards and quality expectations.
Identify potential bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
