Job Summary

Walgreens is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator for Manufacturer Special Programs to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of manufacturer special programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and compliance standards.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Walgreens, manufacturers, and other stakeholders, maintaining professional and responsive communication.

  • Collect, analyze, and report data related to program performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, working closely with pharmacy, marketing, finance, and operations teams.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of program activities, contracts, and correspondence.

  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
