Walgreens is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator for Manufacturer Special Programs to join our remote team. This role plays a critical part in managing and coordinating manufacturer-sponsored programs, ensuring timely execution, accurate reporting, and seamless collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Manage day-to-day operations of manufacturer special programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and compliance standards.
Serve as the primary liaison between Walgreens, manufacturers, and other stakeholders, maintaining professional and responsive communication.
Collect, analyze, and report data related to program performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, working closely with pharmacy, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
Maintain accurate documentation of program activities, contracts, and correspondence.
Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Proactively identify process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
