Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage prior authorization requests for prescription medications efficiently and accurately.

  • Communicate directly with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to obtain required documentation.

  • Review prescription and insurance information to verify patient eligibility and coverage.

  • Maintain accurate electronic records of all prior authorization activities and patient interactions.

  • Collaborate with pharmacists, clinical teams, and customer service representatives to resolve issues and ensure timely approvals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
