We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly motivated Social Media Brand Manager to join our remote team. As a Remote Social Media Brand Manager, you will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to create innovative campaigns that align with overall business goals. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies for multiple e-commerce clients.
Create and curate engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure brand relevance and competitive edge.
Analyze social media metrics and generate performance reports to inform strategy improvements.
Coordinate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaigns.
Develop paid social media advertising campaigns to drive conversions and revenue growth.
Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and online reviews promptly.
Stay updated on e-commerce industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging social media platforms.
Identify influencers and strategic partnerships to amplify brand reach.
Ensure all social media content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and voice.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience managing social media accounts for e-commerce brands.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and paid advertising.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity with the ability to conceptualize engaging campaigns.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies is a plus.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably for e-commerce or retail brands.

Remote and flexible schedule.
Standard work hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (can be adjusted based on time zones and project requirements).
