Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and email marketing for B2B lead generation.
Optimize campaigns continuously to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define target audiences and develop effective messaging strategies.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs, dashboards, and analytics tools.
Conduct A/B testing, segmentation, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
Manage budgets, allocate spend across channels effectively, and ensure maximum ROI.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
