Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live and recorded chat conversations across multiple online platforms

• Enforce community guidelines, policies, and platform rules consistently

• Identify, review, and take appropriate action on inappropriate or policy-violating content

• Respond to user inquiries or flags in a professional and timely manner

• Escalate complex or high-risk issues to senior moderation or support teams

• Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and decisions

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes and standards

• Stay updated on evolving content policies and platform requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills in English

• Excellent attention to detail and sound judgment

• Ability to remain calm and objective when reviewing sensitive content

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online chat platforms

• Strong time-management and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer

Experience

• Prior experience in chat moderation, customer support, content review, or online community management is preferred but not required

• Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome; comprehensive training will be provided

• Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment is an advantage

Working Hours

• Fully remote, work-from-home position
