In this text-based online support role, you will be responsible for monitoring, moderating, and responding to written communications on digital platforms to ensure a safe, respectful, and engaging user experience. This role does not involve phone calls and is ideal for individuals who excel in written communication and are comfortable working independently in an online environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live chat rooms, forums, and messaging platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies

• Respond to user inquiries and messages in a professional, timely, and courteous manner

• Identify, review, and take appropriate action on inappropriate, abusive, or policy-violating content

• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior moderators or support teams when required

• Maintain accurate records of interactions, moderation actions, and incident reports

• Uphold confidentiality, data privacy, and platform integrity at all times

• Contribute to a positive online environment by encouraging respectful and constructive communication

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent written English communication skills with strong grammar and spelling

Experience
