Monitor community chat rooms, forums, and messaging platforms in real time
Enforce community rules, policies, and platform guidelines consistently
Identify, review, and take action on inappropriate, abusive, or policy-violating content
Respond to user inquiries and provide basic platform-related support via chat
Escalate serious issues, violations, or technical concerns to the appropriate teams
Maintain accurate moderation logs and incident reports
Encourage positive engagement and respectful communication within the community
