Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat support
Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, subscriptions, returns, and account-related issues
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues
Educate customers on Chewy products, services, and policies
