Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and email
Provide accurate information regarding orders, products, subscriptions, billing, and returns
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone

Meet or exceed performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service processes
