Job Summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a reliable and motivated Afternoon/Twilight Production Team Member to join our operations team. This role is essential in supporting our food production and preparation processes during the afternoon and evening hours. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining Tim Hortons high standards of quality, freshness, food safety, and efficiency while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce baked goods, sandwiches, and other menu items according to Tim Hortons recipes and quality standards

• Support production schedules to ensure sufficient stock is available for evening and next-day operations

• Operate kitchen and production equipment safely and efficiently

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet appearance, taste, and freshness guidelines

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked production area

• Assist with inventory rotation, labeling, and waste reduction practices

• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet operational targets

• Adhere to company policies, health regulations, and workplace safety procedures

Experience

Working Hours

• Afternoon to twilight shifts, typically covering late afternoon and evening hours

• Shifts may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
