Job Overview

As an International Call Center Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound communication. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute telemarketing activities including lead generation, appointment setting, surveys, and data verification

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for both B2B and B2C international clients

  • Deliver outstanding customer support via calls, emails, and live chat

  • Consistently meet and exceed individual performance targets

  • Work independently while maintaining high service quality standards


Eligibility & Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an international call center environment

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English

  • Strong background in telemarketing and customer support

  • Age below 40 years

  • Must own a laptop with a reliable broadband internet connection

  • Ability to work night shifts and manage remote responsibilities effectively
