As an International Call Center Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound communication. This role involves telemarketing, customer support, and handling diverse international client requirements. At Votiko, your performance is valued, and your career growth is limitless.
Execute telemarketing activities including lead generation, appointment setting, surveys, and data verification
Handle inbound and outbound calls for both B2B and B2C international clients
Deliver outstanding customer support via calls, emails, and live chat
Consistently meet and exceed individual performance targets
Work independently while maintaining high service quality standards
Minimum 3 years of experience in an international call center environment
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Strong background in telemarketing and customer support
Age below 40 years
Must own a laptop with a reliable broadband internet connection
Ability to work night shifts and manage remote responsibilities effectively
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
