Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Google Ads / PPC Specialist to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in digital marketing, specifically in paid advertising. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, ensuring maximum ROI and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Video).
Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance and generate regular reports.
Analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI.
Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop effective ad creatives.
Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
Ensure campaigns are aligned with client or business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and PPC advertising.
Familiarity with Google Ads platform (certification is a plus but not mandatory).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Prior internship or coursework in digital marketing is an added advantage.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads (even personal projects) is beneficial.
Working Hours
Full-Time Position (40 hours per week).
Flexible working hours with overlap during core business hours.
5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
