Job Summary

The Elite Job is looking for skilled and dedicated Civil Engineers to join our construction teams. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring that structures are safe, sustainable, and meet regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and manage civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and infrastructure.

• Oversee construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.

• Ensure compliance with local and national regulations, safety codes, and environmental guidelines.

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to optimize project execution.

• Prepare and review technical reports, contracts, and design documentation.

• Use computer-aided design (CAD) software for drafting and modeling project plans.

• Supervise construction teams and provide technical guidance to site workers.

• Assess and analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate progress updates to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural engineering principles.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Experience

• Entry-level to Senior-level positions available.

• 1–10+ years of experience in civil engineering or construction projects.

• Experience in site management, cost estimation, and structural analysis is a plus.

Working Hours

• Standard work hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.

• Some projects may require weekend or overtime work based on deadlines.
