Manage and coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings (including virtual meetings).
Draft, proofread, and format professional emails, reports, and documents.
Handle incoming communications and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Perform data entry, maintain digital records, and organize files.
Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
Provide general administrative support to assigned teams or executives.
Support project coordination by maintaining timelines and status updates.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and requests.
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
