MNC JOBS INFO is actively seeking dedicated and hardworking Grain Farm Workers to join our team in rural Canada. As a Grain Farm Worker, you will be an integral part of daily farm operations, including planting, harvesting, and storing grain crops.
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment (tractors, combines, etc.)
Plant, fertilize, cultivate, and harvest grain crops
Load/unload grain, seed, fertilizer, and other farm materials
Inspect and monitor crops and soil conditions
Clean and maintain storage bins, silos, and barns
Follow all farm safety protocols and procedures
Assist with irrigation, weed control, and pest management
Keep daily logs and report to farm supervisors or managers
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid drivers license (tractor or heavy equipment operation experience is a plus)
Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot farm equipment
Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and long hours of standing
Understanding of farm safety standards
No prior criminal record (required for immigration processing)
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in farming or agriculture preferred
Newcomers with relevant experience from other countries are encouraged to apply
Training will be provided for motivated individuals
Full-time position: 40 to 60 hours per week depending on season
Shift work may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime during peak seasons
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Physically fit and comfortable working in rural/outdoor settings
Willingness to relocate to rural areas and adapt to farm life
