Progressive Technology, a leading player in aviation and aerospace services, is seeking Aircraft Maintenance Engineers with a diploma in aircraft maintenance or relevant engineering fields. This role is pivotal to ensuring the safety, functionality, and compliance of aircraft across a range of commercial and private aviation projects. You will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining aircraft systems and components in adherence with aviation industry standards and regulations.
Conduct routine and scheduled maintenance of aircraft systems, engines, airframes, and avionics.
Perform troubleshooting, diagnostic assessments, and repairs in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete required documentation for all inspections and services.
Ensure adherence to safety procedures, airworthiness standards, and company quality control protocols.
Collaborate with engineers, flight crews, and regulatory bodies for seamless operations.
Recommend and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Stay updated on manufacturer manuals, technical orders, and aviation regulations.
Support audits and inspections by aviation authorities and clients.
Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or a related discipline (Mechanical/Electrical/Aeronautical).
Valid AME license or certification (if applicable).
Knowledge of DGCA, EASA, FAA, or other applicable aviation authority regulations.
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of aircraft systems.
Proficient in using maintenance and diagnostic tools.
Attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Minimum of 1–3 years hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance.
Freshers with completed diplomas and internship experience in aviation MROs are encouraged to apply.
Experience working with narrow-body or wide-body aircraft is a plus.
Full-time position with flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Rotational shifts may apply based on operational needs.
