Progressive Technology is seeking a highly skilled and creative Freelance Digital Marketer to support our growing portfolio of clients with tailored Social Media Marketing and SEO strategies. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing campaigns across digital platforms to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions for B2B and B2C brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies with a focus on SEO and social media campaigns.

• Manage content calendars and create engaging social media content tailored to target audiences on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and technical optimization to improve website ranking and visibility.

• Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social insights.

• Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and other team members to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

• Stay updated on the latest trends, platform algorithms, and best practices in digital marketing.

• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine campaign strategies.

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients to present strategies, results, and recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.), and web analytics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and storytelling.

• Proficient in using scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a portfolio demonstrating successful SEO and social media campaigns.

• Experience working with diverse clients or in an agency/freelance environment is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with Singaporean digital trends and audience behavior is a plus.

Working Hours

• Flexible hours based on project deadlines and deliverables.

• Communication and availability during Singapore business hours may be required for client meetings or team check-ins.
