Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Chat Support Executive to join our growing team. This is a remote opportunity, specifically tailored for candidates based in Delhi, who are willing to work night shifts. The role involves handling customer inquiries via chat, providing timely and effective solutions, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience round-the-clock.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries through live chat.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective communication.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up as needed.

  • Document all customer interactions accurately within the system.

  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features or navigate the platform.

  • Work collaboratively with other support team members to improve processes and customer service standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written English communication skills.

  • Ability to type quickly and accurately (minimum 35-40 WPM).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable using chat tools, CRM systems, and cloud-based platforms.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of patience and emotional intelligence to handle various customer tones.


Experience

  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support or chat process preferred.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.


Working Hours

  • Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST (Monday to Saturday).

  • Sunday will be a fixed weekly off.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding of basic customer service principles and practices.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or SaaS tools is a plus.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
