Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with expertise in CorelDRAW and Photoshop to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for various marketing campaigns, branding, and print media, contributing to the success of our clients across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities

• Create and design high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including but not limited to brochures, social media posts, advertisements, and website layouts.

• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with brand guidelines.

• Utilize CorelDRAW and Photoshop to develop engaging visuals, from concept through to final execution.

• Review and refine designs based on client feedback and ensure final outputs meet design standards and specifications.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and tools into daily tasks.

• Prepare and optimize files for print and digital formats, ensuring compatibility and quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to deliver innovative design solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in CorelDRAW and Photoshop, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.

• Familiarity with web design principles, including responsive design.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to execute designs with precision.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

• Knowledge of other design software like Illustrator, InDesign, or After Effects is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience.

• Proven experience in creating designs for both digital and print mediums.

• Experience working in a design studio or agency setting is preferred.

• A portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and a diverse range of design projects is required.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.

• Flexible working hours with some remote working opportunities based on project requirements.

• Standard office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
