Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Campus Recruitment Programs: Manage and execute campus recruitment strategies, including on-campus interviews, job fairs, and university partnerships.

  • University Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key universities and academic institutions to ensure a continuous pipeline of top talent.

  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract high-potential students for various roles within the company.

  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand the hiring needs and ensure alignment with recruitment goals.

  • Candidate Engagement: Engage and build relationships with students early in their academic journey to maintain a strong brand presence on campus.

  • Event Coordination: Organize and participate in campus recruitment events, seminars, workshops, and career counseling sessions to raise brand awareness and attract top candidates.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze campus recruitment data, providing regular updates and insights on the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives.

  • Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Ensure that campus recruitment activities promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in campus recruitment, university hiring, or talent acquisition.

  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build relationships with university representatives and students.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Knowledge of recruitment trends and strategies, particularly in the campus recruitment space.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, with a focus on university hiring.

  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale recruitment drives and building strong campus partnerships.

  • Experience in organizing and executing campus events, including job fairs, recruitment drives, and workshops.

  • Familiarity with various sourcing platforms and social media channels for university recruiting.


Working Hours

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

  • Occasional travel to universities and participation in weekend events may be required.
