Key Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier customer service via phone, chat, and email for various Disney platforms and services

• Resolve inquiries related to accounts, subscriptions, orders, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain a strong understanding of Disney products and offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations

• Adhere to performance metrics including customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution

• Document interactions thoroughly using internal CRM tools

• Escalate complex issues to senior teams as necessary

• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up to date with new releases and policies

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues independently

• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

• Ability to multitask across systems, tabs, and support tools

• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual or call center environment

• Experience in the entertainment, streaming, or hospitality industry is a plus

• Prior experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is advantageous

Working Hours

• Flexible scheduling available

• 30–40 hours per week, based on availability

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs

• Familiarity with Disney platforms, characters, or brand universe is a plus

• Ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment
