Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team at HR Service Jobs. As a key member of our marketing department, you will assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in marketing, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for driving brand growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.

  • Support content creation, including writing and editing blog posts, social media updates, and other marketing materials.

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategic decisions.

  • Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance.

  • Help coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities.

  • Assist in the design and production of marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

  • Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools.

  • Support email marketing efforts by helping with content creation, list management, and performance analysis.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company goals.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and email marketing software.

  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Creative and proactive with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.


Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (internships or relevant part-time roles will also be considered).

  • Experience with social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing strategies is a plus.


Working Hours:

  • Full-time position.

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

  • Flexible working arrangements available, including remote work options.
