Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning: Collaborate with the development and product teams to create test plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage of test cases and scenarios.

• Manual Testing: Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to identify defects in software applications.

• Automated Testing: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using various testing tools and frameworks.

• Bug Identification & Reporting: Identify, document, and track software defects through the entire lifecycle and communicate findings to the development team.

• Test Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

• Performance Testing: Evaluate the performance of software applications under load and stress conditions to ensure scalability and reliability.

• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure requirements are met and software is thoroughly tested before release.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Software Tester or Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst.

• Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and best practices.

• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, LoadRunner).

• Familiarity with various testing frameworks and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).

• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

• Understanding of web and mobile application testing, including APIs and databases.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of issues.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in both manual and automated testing is required.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.

• Previous experience in performance testing, security testing, or load testing is an advantage.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position.

• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM.
