Home Depot is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Broker to join our growing remote team. Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable policies
Research and compare insurance products from various providers
Present quotes and explain policy terms and conditions clearly and accurately
Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice
Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and policy changes
Handle policy renewals, amendments, and claims processing support
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective client engagement
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance
Proven experience as an insurance broker, agent, or relevant sales role
Valid state-issued insurance broker license (Life, Health, Property, or Casualty, as applicable)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal abilities with a client-first mindset
Familiarity with various types of insurance plans including home, auto, life, and business
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to interpret policy language and legal documents
Minimum of 2 years in insurance sales, brokerage, or a related field
Experience working with multiple insurance carriers is preferred
Previous remote or work-from-home experience is a plus
Full-Time Remote Position
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible Scheduling Available)
Occasional weekend availability for client consultations (optional and compensated)
In-depth knowledge of insurance laws, underwriting, and claims processing
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to assess risk and recommend solutions
Self-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills
Adaptable to evolving client needs and market trends
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration
