Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design process for high-impact visual assets across digital and print platforms. Your expertise will shape the visual identity of our brand and campaigns, working closely with the marketing, product, and UI/UX teams. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of brand campaigns, product launches, and digital assets.

• Design eye-catching graphics for websites, email marketing, social media, presentations, advertisements, packaging, and more.

• Oversee visual consistency across all touchpoints while adhering to brand guidelines.

• Translate complex ideas into clear, visually compelling concepts.

• Mentor and review work of junior designers and provide constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and development.

• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, and other design tools.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with emphasis on branding, web, and social media content.

• Excellent visual storytelling and layout skills.

• Ability to take feedback and turn it into impactful visual solutions.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and user-centered design.

• Effective communication and organizational skills.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

• Experience in an agency or tech-driven company preferred.

• Background in working within a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-Time: Monday to Friday

• Core working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Flexible schedule possible depending on project deadlines)

• Remote / Work-from-home position

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Deep knowledge of design processes, branding strategies, and visual content development.

• Ability to manage time efficiently, work independently, and handle multiple tasks.

• Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or animation is a strong plus.
