Job Summary:

Houston Skilled Consultancy is looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Virtual Data Analyst Assistant to support our data operations remotely. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the collection, cleaning, and validation of data from multiple sources.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field (Final-year students and recent graduates welcome).

• Basic knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio) is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Proficiency in using collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Slack.

Experience:

• No prior work experience required.

• Internships, academic projects, or online course certifications in data analytics will be considered a plus.

Working Hours:

• Flexible working hours with options for part-time or full-time availability.
