Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, industry events, and professional networks.
Conduct outreach via email, calls, and virtual meetings to generate leads and nurture client relationships.
Present company services and solutions effectively to prospective clients.
Develop tailored proposals and negotiate business terms with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities in CRM systems.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Comfortable using digital tools, CRMs, and online communication platforms.
1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
Experience in a remote work setup is a plus.
Prior work in recruitment, HR tech, or job portal companies is an added advantage.
Monday to Friday
Flexible schedule with core hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST
Occasional evening availability for international client meetings may be required.
Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management.
Proficiency in lead generation strategies and digital outreach.
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
Ability to think strategically and creatively when identifying new markets and partnerships.
