Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

• Support social media management, including content scheduling, engagement, and analytics.

• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.

• Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports.

• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and other departments for campaign execution.

• Manage and update the companys marketing databases and CRM systems.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative marketing ideas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.).

• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.

Experience

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields.

• Internship or academic project experience in marketing is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible working hours available)

• Occasional weekend work during campaign launches or events

• Understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement tactics.

• Knowledge of content creation and copywriting basics.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
