MNC JOBS INFO is seeking an experienced and visionary Research Director to lead and manage high-impact research initiatives that influence strategic decisions and drive growth across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research, data analysis, and thought leadership, coupled with an exceptional ability to interpret complex information and translate it into actionable insights. This role plays a critical part in shaping the companys direction through evidence-based insights and strategic foresight.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall research strategy and agenda aligned with the companys business goals.

• Manage a high-performing research team, providing guidance, support, and professional development.

• Design and execute comprehensive research programs (qualitative and quantitative) across markets, industries, and customer segments.

• Analyze trends, market data, and competitor activity to provide timely insights and strategic recommendations.

• Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to ensure research outcomes support organizational decision-making.

• Oversee the development of white papers, research reports, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure data integrity, methodological rigor, and ethical standards in all research practices.

• Monitor emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes that could impact research or business operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Business, Economics, Market Research, Data Science, Social Sciences, or a related field.

• Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in a senior research role, preferably within a multinational or consultancy setting.

• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

• Strong data interpretation skills with proficiency in statistical tools (SPSS, SAS, R, or Python).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring research teams.

• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of relevant research experience with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.

• Demonstrated success in designing and executing large-scale, multi-country research projects.

• Experience working with global stakeholders across diverse sectors including technology, healthcare, finance, or public policy is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with some flexibility).

• May require occasional travel or evening hours to accommodate global stakeholders and project timelines.

• Deep knowledge of global industry trends and market dynamics.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
