Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking motivated and energetic Telecallers to join our dynamic work-from-home team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, presenting products or services, and achieving daily calling targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company products and services.

  • Achieve and exceed daily calling and sales targets set by the management.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow-ups professionally and effectively.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve scripts and calling strategies.

  • Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to improve overall service quality.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during calls.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to engage and build rapport quickly with customers over the phone.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge with the ability to navigate CRM and MS Office tools.

  • High level of self-motivation, discipline, and time management to work independently from home.

  • Good listening skills and ability to handle objections positively.

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.


Experience

  • Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a desire to learn will also be considered.


Working Hours

  • Flexible work-from-home schedule.
