Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or chat.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or team lead when necessary.

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Working Hours

  • Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

  • Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST

  • Flexible options available for part-time candidates (minimum 4 hours/day).

  • Rotational weekly offs may apply.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging customers professionally.

  • Quick learner with an ability to adapt to new technologies and procedures.
