Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a dedicated and organized Remote Recruitment Coordinator (Women Only) to join our dynamic HR team. This work-from-home opportunity is designed specifically for women who are looking to grow their careers in human resources and talent acquisition. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will support our hiring efforts by coordinating candidate communications, managing applicant tracking, and working closely with recruiters and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and maintaining applicant records.

  • Manage and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy.

  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate fit.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

  • Post and manage job advertisements across various platforms and social media channels.

  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand job requirements and coordinate hiring needs.

  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports and performance metrics.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely and professional communication.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Comfortable with remote work tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack, and Excel.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Must own a laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or administrative coordination roles preferred.

  • Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills are also encouraged to apply.


Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday

  • Day Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST

  • Weekends off
